Elliot Makhubo (born 29 April 1972) is a South African actor known for his role as businessman hustler Zondi in the e.tv soap opera Rhythm City, from 2010-2013.

As Lithebe, an ex-military psychopath who owns a security company and is the driving force behind Jazzman’s armored car heists, Elliot joined the cast of the Mzansi Magic soap drama Zabalaza in 2013.

In the SABC1 sitcom iThuba Lokugcina in 2015, he played Professor Milton, who establishes a life skills/extra class program within the varsity the students are enrolled in to enable underachieving pupils get through their academic year successfully. He appeared as a guest star in the e.tv drama series Umlilo in 2015.

The year 2021, he joined the cast of uBettina Wethu as Israel Sikhakhane. He recurred the character in 2022 in Season 2 of uBettina Wethu.
